We are working with the Physical Activity and lifestyle Support team at Bolsover District Council to offer a small gym facility at Tibshelf surgery.
Patients can access a free 12 week programme of exercise at the gym. They have the support of the gyms supervisor at all times who can guide them on the equipment and a suitable programme.
Patients can self-refer to the gym. Call the Gym Wellness team to book a consultation to see if you are eligible – 01246 242361.
